Censor tags should imply censored

We have many types of censorship but the implications are inconsistent.

There are already many tags implying censored, like censored_by_text, emoji_censor, blank_censor, blur_censor, star_censor, mosaic_censoring, heart_censor, bar_censor, etc.
There is even one indirect implication from character_censor -> novelty_censor -> censored.

In the same vein, we have censored_nipples and censored_food implying censored but not the other object-specific censors...

If that's true, should we maybe reconsider some existing implications? Identity censor, bar censor (commonly used with the former), and censored food show up often on General posts that probably would be perfectly fine to appear on safebooru.
