Cleaning up some chinese clothing tags

BUR #23788 has been rejected.

create alias mianguan -> mian_guan
create implication mian_guan -> guan_hat
create implication guan_hat -> chinese_clothing
create implication futou -> chinese_clothing
create implication futou -> turban

Mian Guan is a type of Guan hat. Seems to be duplicated across the mianguan and the mian_guan tag but the latter is more populated. Futou is a turban like chinese clothing.

No space is better. In Chinese, Miǎn (冕) means the same thing as MiǎnGuān. Thus it makes no sense to use spaces to split.

I remove the implication futou -> turban. I doubt people want to see post #6975020 when searching for turbans.
