rename babylon_(minako_sakamoto) -> babylon_(nozaki_mado)
It took me a while to find this tag and to my surprise it has a qualifier of someone involved in writing anime scripts (along with reversed name order AND misspelled name - Sakamoto Minaka), instead of the original creator (Nozaki Mado), as it was explained on Discord.
