A few clothes lifting implications

Posted under Tags

BUR #22955 has been approved by @nonamethanks.

create implication jacket_lift -> jacket
create implication jacket_lift -> clothes_lift
create implication camisole_lift -> camisole
create implication camisole_lift -> clothes_lift
create implication apron_lift -> clothes_lift

sweater_lift is already implicated to sweater and clothes_lift, just like hoodie, but these were not. apron_lift is already implicated to apron.

Does an apron count as "clothes"?

Edit: Even if we wanted to say yes, clothes lift and most related tags are specifically for a nsfw context, e.g. lifting one's skirt to reveal their panties. Apron lift makes no such distinction in its wiki, meaning it's filled with things like this, which doesn't fit the intended use of clothes lift.

Looking at apron_lift and apron_hold, many posts could be tag-swapped. You're right about clothes_lift being NSFW in nature. However lifted_by_self does not make reference to being NSFW, for example in the case of a curtsey, which is a western form of bowing whilst doing a skirt_hold, it is safe.

apron_hold is appropriate for non-NSFW cases like post #7121259 but post #6648926 classifies as apron_lift... I edited the apron_lift and camisole_lift wiki entries to better resemble the jacket_lift one.

Lifted by self doesn't need to explicitly say it's limited to NSFW because it specifically mentions that it should always be used in conjunction with another clothes lift tag. It's implied by association with those tags. Curtseys are normally skirt holds, not skirt lifts, so naturally they usually shouldn't be tagged clothes lift unless the skirt is being lifted enough to reveal something. Whether or not that excludes them from being tagged lifted by self I'm not sure, but it would seem so going by the current wikis.

It is somewhat confusing since skirt_hold begins it's wiki entry with

Lifting a skirt or dress in a non-revealing fashion (as opposed to skirt_lift)

I am not sure if tagging curtsey as lifted_by_self is a good idea here, given the former tag having an ambiguous action of lifting/holding. The wearer is clearly lifting their own clothes, but it is not in an explicit context, it's just bowing. The words "holding" and "lifting" are ambiguous in this case. I added a wiki entry for apron_hold that is similar to skirt_hold given they are articles of clothing often matched together, the apron simply covering the skirt when a hold is performed.
