Discovered the tag months ago, but recently I question its usefulness overall. Should it stay or not?
There's also colored text highlight which I suppose can be useful for a portion of text which are highlighted by different colour.
colored_text seems like it'd be useful for stuff like post #4341000 or post #1909299, but unsurprisingly it's being used for "any text that is not black or white". I don't see how it's at all useful beyond padding tags for colored_text off-topic status:deleted.
colored_text_highlight seems to be a mishmash of text with colored outlines, text with colored backgrounds, and "plain old colored text":posts/1849432. It seems similarly useless.
The bulk update request #22615 (forum #265913) has been approved by @nonamethanks.
I moved the relevant posts to colored text highlight for now.
