Imply eimi_(swimsuit)_(blue_archive) -> eimi_(blue_archive)

BUR #22600 has been approved by @nonamethanks.

create alias yabuki_shuro -> shuro_(blue_archive)
create alias nomasa_rei -> rei_(blue_archive)
create implication eimi_(swimsuit)_(blue_archive) -> eimi_(blue_archive)

Apparently, this tag hasn't been implied nor aliased, which led to, among other things, forgotting to tag eimi_(blue_archive). This should make things easier. I also added an alias to make tagging easier.

Also note that I request aliases for shuro_(blue_archive) and rei_(blue_archive) since both characters have their full names revealed.

Removed alias izumimoto_eimi_(swimsuit) -> eimi_(swimsuit)_(blue_archive) as the main tag already has that alias and it'd be unnecessary.
