Short-Sleeved Jacket aliasing & implications

create alias short_sleeved_jacket -> short-sleeved_jacket
create implication short-sleeved_jacket -> short_sleeves
create implication short-sleeved_jacket -> jacket

Similar to Short-Sleeved Sweater.

I guess this exists because jacket short_sleeves has too many false positives for short-sleeved shirts? It seems heavily undertagged either way.
