Long hair between eyes implication

BUR #22281 has been rejected.

This feels like a tag that will become hair_between_eyes 2.0 in no time.

I originally thought so too, but from what I could tell at the time the person (or people) populating it at first seemed to do it pretty consistently for actually long hair between eyes. Some dubious usages have been added (post #7050155 for example) later, but I still think it could work. Something like post #7054803 is pretty distinguishable from something like post #7036713 in terms of length.

Well it's not really a matter of whether one person is using it consistently, it's whether or not the rest of the site will use it correctly. It's not even two weeks old at this point, so it's hard to tell.
