Create alias manga_panel_redraw -> panel_redraw

BUR #21807 has been approved by @nonamethanks.

create alias manga_panel_redraw -> comic_panel_redraw

This tag is unnecessarily specific to manga panels. There’s other source material like manhwas, webtoons, web comics, doujins etc.

Would it not have been better to call it comic panel redraw then? All your example other sources fall under the category of comic, which manga is aliased to.

Yeah, I'd agree with Grey on this. In contrast to comic panel redraw, just panel_redraw sounds a bit ambiguous.

Yeah I actually felt the same way but didn't know if using comic here would be appropriate.
I edited the BUR and added it now.
