create alias splatterscope_(splatoon) -> splat_charger_(splatoon)
The Splatterscope (only 10 posts) is the exact same design as the Splat Charger (hundreds of posts). Just with a scope attached. Just feels like an unncessary tag since Splat Charger + Scope can be used.

In fan art, discussions of the game etc. they're basically considered the same weapon.
Felt like an alias was neccesary since some people still tag or edit Splatterscope in (e.g. post #6757850) (no clue how to cleanly link directly to tag history).
