Bright pupils implication removal

remove implication white_pupils -> bright_pupils

Not all white pupils are bright. This is like assuming all white_eyes are glowing_eyes. While I don't think bright_pupils is a good tag in the first place, at the very least this implication should not exist.

Can you find examples of white pupils that aren't brighter than the surrounding iris? The tag is for bright pupils, not glowing pupils.

Also, I assumed bright_pupils was for something like post #6956186, where the pupils are actually bright. Looking at the wiki, if the tag really is just for "pupils that are lighter than the surrounding iris", then in my opinion it seems like a pointless minute detail to be tagging, comparable to eyebrows_visible_through_hair.

However, if we ignore that and take into account users who might want to search for, say, "blue eyes with lighter blue pupils", that's currently impossible. A majority of posts that are tagged bright_pupils but not white_pupils are actually just untagged white_pupils posts, meaning even if you wanted to use white_pupils as an exclusionary tag to find non-white bright pupils, your bright_pupils results are flooded with false positives.

As it stands, bright_pupils isn't really doing anything but stealing white_pupils posts via users who don't know that white_pupils is a tag, resulting in the amusing scenario where searching for white_pupils actually nets you less white_pupils posts than another tag.

white_pupils being implied to bright_pupils was a mistake to the usability of the tag. Yet most posts with white pupils are indeed also with bright pupils, and the posts only tagged with bright_pupils actually usually have a bright not-exactly or borderline white shade.

Im sorry if im doing something wrong, never discused tag implications but i thought that its tag used for eyes like post #4418031 or post #7036766 post #6418759 where pupils is brighter then iris but not white, some characters have it almost on every art like kanna_kamui or aris_(blue_archive), sometimes pupils have callor of iris like here post #6408107 or here post #6402599
