While briefly discussed on the Discord server, the question should be answered in a forum thread.
I'm of the opinion that cuntboys should not be tagged with male_focus in the same way that futanari isn't tagged with hetero or yuri. Users searching for male_focus simply aren't looking for pussy.
I find vaginas grotesque and don't want to see them if I'm searching male_focus. If I'm looking for male characters I want to see them as physically male, if futa isn't tagged with yuri and aren't treated the same as physically female characters I don't see why cuntboy should be.
It's a bit of a grey area, but I tend to agree with Zapdos.

Similarly, I find penises grotesque. In the case of a hypothetical female focus tag, I wouldnt want to see futanaris tagged with it. We tag futa with 1girl for a lot of good reasons, but lets be real here: futas aren't actually women. They're a coomer fantasy creation, and 5 foot long cocks are not really appropriate for "female focus."
I never really questioned this before but I always thought they were just another subtype of male characters.
The direct comparison I would think of with cuntboy is futanari. Would we really not tag that female focus if we had that tag? Or are we treating the concept of cuntboy differently just because people aren't familiar with it as much as futa?
I don't mind either way but the rules we make should be consistent. I've cleared out the yaoi tag from cuntboy posts multiple times now (added by both uploaders and random uses) , so it's clear that most people aren't reading the wikis that often. We need to enforce this better but it seems like next to nobody is checking those posts.
cuntboys are boys with pussies therefore they get male related tags including male_focus users can blacklist cuntboy like how i blacklist futa and get pages missing every now and then when browsing a female focused copyright
They're still guys, just with vulvas. If seeing a pussy in your male_focus search bothers you so much, add -cuntboy or -pussy to your search.

These same arguments can be applied to futanari too - "Futanari are girls, they just have penises; they should be tagged with hetero and yuri". That's obviously not going to happen, however, and we shouldn't apply different standards to our male tags just because. It's caused us nothing but headaches in the past.
The equivalent to hetero and yuri is yaoi, though, and we already separate cuntboys from the yaoi tag (in theory). The equivalent to male focus is just excluding male focus (and other conflicting "focus" tags), since most of the site is oriented towards female-focused art to begin with. Purely from a consistency standpoint, asking people in the male focus tag to blacklist cuntboy is in line with expecting people on the front page to blacklist futanari.
I think the big issue here is that we're going to have to expect some people to blacklist cuntboy at the end of the day. If we decide that post #5525303 doesn't deserve to be in male focus, then we're also saying it's fine for it to dodge male-related blacklists and show up in regular searches for after vaginal or spread pussy. I think that would be more problematic than the current situation.
I'd say this is somewhat similar to tagging male focus on otoko no ko posts, but still different. Ultimately it's not something I search for so I will just go along with what's decided.

Orientation tags are a different category. Futanari characters still get tagged with loli, muscular female, dark-skinned female and other female-exclusive tags. Similarly, CBs are tagged with other male-exclusive tags like merman, cat boy, furry male. I wouldn't consider male focus to be in the same category as orientation tags.
