Rename P-chan to Pien cat (Needy Girl Overdose)

BUR #21102 has been approved by @NWF_Renim.

rename p-chan_(needy_girl_overdose) -> pien_cat_(needy_girl_overdose)

This character tag was made for the pink cat that's featured on the stickers that the player can use to respond to Ame's chat messages in game, and P-chan is us, the player character that manages Ame. The cat itself doesn't have a name within the game, and I believe that calling it P-chan isn't right since P-chan canonically has no set appearance:

Moreover, Ame has her own set of stickers she can respond with to the player that feature a chibi red octopus, and that octopus isn't considered to be Ame either.

I propose the name "Pien cat" because ぴえん猫 is how the game's creator has referred to it before and it is also what the GSC bonus for one of the figures is called.

Weird, I played the game and remember Ame using the exact same set of stickers in the messaging window.

The octopus stickers that Ame uses were only added later when the Switch update dropped, iirc, so if you only played before the update you wouldn't see them. But it's true that Ame can use either set of stickers to respond to the player, which only further adds to the fact that equating P-chan and Pien cat makes little sense.

there are only 3 users can approve BURs and they all have personal lives that prevent them from being super up to date on every forum thread. kind of annoying but eventually nnt will get around to reviewing every BUR he missed
