Alias screamer -> jumpscare

create alias screamer -> jumpscare

Accidentally created a jumpscare tag because I completely forgot these things used to be called screamers back in the day.

Can potentially be reversed if needed.

Imo these should be separated into a jumpscare warning metatag for animated posts hiding a jumpscare, and another tag for posts that merely reference a jumpscare (post #5688825, post #1966845).

Agreed. There's also posts like post #5287081 which reference a jumpscare without the actual... scare part.

jumpscare warning hath been created.
