The tag copyright is currently used for any images with copyright notice written somewhere within the image. Given the usage, I think it should be renamed accordingly to avoid confusion with other copyright-related tags like copyright request.

As a frequent user of this tag, I like the idea and the latest wiki version as well. But I wonder if the wiki usage should be expanded to also include posts that contain the phrase "ALL RIGHTS RESERVED", given that the tag will from now on include "notice" in the name (if the request succeeds), while currently it is merely dedicated to the word Copyright and its symbol

Well, the word "All Rights Reserved" is basically another form of copyright notice that specify that only the owner of the copyright has the rights to handle and distribute their copyrighted work, so I think that might be eligible too.

How to Write a Copyright Notice
Each copyright notice should include 4 main components:
1. A copyright symbol, or word
2. A date
3. An author's name, and
4. A statement of rightsA statement of rights is not a requirement. By default, a copyright notice will work to reserve all of your rights, so stating something like "All Rights Reserved" isn't technically necessary.
However, it is commonly seen this way and clarity of your rights can't hurt.
