This tag is meant to be for "necks that grab the viewer's attention in one way or another". However, it is unsurprisingly being used whenever a character's neck is visible, which is almost every post featuring a head, which is almost every post. A neck_focus tag would be far more useful and likely far less mistagged.

Start populating neck focus first and we'll see how it goes.

At first I thought neck focus was just going to turn out to be nape, but then I looked at nape and holy hell is that tag also crap. If things like post #6909453 and post #6879989 make it there...
