Very few uses of tally_counter, should be tally instead.

Tally counter is mostly being incorrectly used for tally marks, but post #3814698 is an example of a tally counter device (Wikipedia). post #3814698 being where the tag was created and first used.

You don't need to wait for an admin; you can reject it yourself by going into the Bulk Updates Request menu and clicking View next to your BUR, then Reject.
