There are two problems with this.
Despite the name, creature and personification posts do not always necessarily include creature. If you look around under this tag, there are so many Umamusume pics depicting the real horses the characters are based of off, like this one for instance. It would be incorrect to tag these depictions of horses as a creature.
Finally, and still related to Umamusume, tagging any Umamusume pics with personification would also be wrong (except maybe for a few exceptions here and there).
The bulk update request #20732 (forum #257906) has been rejected by @aa220525.
