rename toe_shoes -> half-soles
Right now they mean the same thing but I'm not aware of images with other creative or real footwear that only cover the toes. Search engines give different visual results for toe shoes, so I'm not 100% for aliasing the tags.
"Toe shoes" AFAIK lately refers to "barefoot shoes" that have toe shapes, yes. See for example this brand.
toe_shoes -rhythmic_gymnastics doesn't seem to have any example of this but I'd rather we keep this tag name empty in the case that examples are uploaded at a later date or are found among already existing posts. I'll change the BUR to a rename.

I put a note in the wiki to use foot-shaped shoes for toe-shaped shoes. The tag doesn't exist yet, but I wouldn't be surprised if we are already tagging this under some other obscure tag name.
