rename masking_tape -> masking_tape_(medium)
create alias washi_tape_(medium) -> masking_tape_(medium)
Masking tape, perhaps because of its age, seems to essentially be a medium tag that never received the *_(medium) qualifier and so was mostly full of images featuring masking tape as an object instead of art made from masking tape, despite its wiki. I'd like to rename the tag to give it that qualifier, as well as combine it with the existing washi tape (medium) tag, which is less ambiguously a medium tag than masking tape but never received its own wiki. It's the technical name for the tape most often used in this kind of art, though as far as I can tell it's not referred to by this name nearly as often as just "masking tape". As for the mistags, I moved the non-medium tape images from masking tape into the general tape tag.
