hand on another's penis somehow is a tag now. Given we already have handjob or penis grab, I don't think we need this one as well. If there's cases not covered by those two tags, this name would be terrible to cover them, because nothing's stopping someone from just mass adding it to either of the other two, so it needs to change regardless.

Please feel free to list examples that don't fall under penis grab and handjob so we can figure out what to do with them.

hand on another's penis was an existing tag I added a wiki to so people could differentiate it from penis grabbing like in post #5732961 since penis grab seems like it's supposed to be focused more on fellatio and guided penetration than touching/holding. The problem is both tags are being used as handjob tags anyways so I think it's probably fine to deprecate it.

I think we're missing a tag for gently touching a penis rather than grabbing/poking/slapping, but I'm also not sure if something like touching penis would be open to the same kind of misuse.
