deprecate apocalypse
The tag apocalypse is currently a hot mess, as it is basically tagged from many other stuff but what that would be considered an "apocalypse" (i.e. world-ending event). Ranging from mistagged with post-apocalypse, any big explosions, some "huge and threatening" character, and for whatever reason a bunch of Ouma Zi-O posts.
Given that the tag destruction also covers what would consider an "apocalypse", I don't see the reason to keep this tag, so I would like to request the tag to be deprecated to prevent further misuse.
