rename lancer_(weapon) -> lancer_(gears_of_war)
The tag for the Lancer assault rifle from Gears of War is currently tagged as "lancer (weapon)", which is awfully ambiguous. The tag is occasionally mistagged for lance or Fate's Lancer-class servant. So I think a better qualifier to describe where it came from is needed.
