It sounds very ambiguous. For the action film, there's Commando. For the WWII British military unit, British Commandos should be used (qualified it).

Going commando is a phrase that means not wearing underwear, and I don't think it's necessary to have such phrase as a tag here.

Seems like in a few cases it was used for posts where a person was not wearing underwear, "Going commando" in other words. That should probably be mentioned in the wiki as well.
