Missing implications.

Baldur's Gate 2 does not implicate Baldur's Gate, and it seems that the tag is/was intended to be a Baldur's Gate 1 tag. Should we make a series tag to implicate all three to? Characters who appear in all three - like Jaheira - have a different appearance in each.

Further, the D&D tag has no other implications despite being represented by quite a number of other copytags. Maybe that needs sorting, too?

There's no baldur's gate 2 tag. But sure, makes sense to create them.
