Alias tripped -> tripping

There are two tags for the act of tripping, the first is for the general act of tripping, while the other is tripped, which seems to be used specifically to when the character has already fell into the ground.

In my opinion, I see no reason to made the two tag separate, since it depicts the same act but "tripped" tag depicts the immidiate aftermath of tripping. In addition, there are also several posts tagged with "tripping" that also has the characters fallen into the ground, which would have otherwise qualified for "tripped" but were not tagged such.
