rename m202 -> m202_flash
create implication m202_flash -> rocket_launcher
Additional qualifier based on its officially designated name (FLame Assault SHoulder Weapon). Also for improving searchability of the weapon name, instead of mere random M(numbers).

Excuse me, I need to ask the mods/admins regarding why was the renaming request remained unapproved? Despite I have simply stated the reasoning - ease of tag searchability.
We even successfully did this for OTs-14 Groza.
