Slingshot Swimsuits are One-piece Swimsuits

Slingshot swimsuits are just skimpier one-piece swimsuits.

People were using slingshot swimsuit for both the one-piece swimsuits and sling bikini tops previously. There was an effort to split the swimsuit tags between bikini and one-pieces a few months ago but I don't think it was completed.

This tag will have to be renamed to indicate the fact it's supposed to be used for one-pieces or it'll end up with more mistags. The implication from slingshot_swimsuit -> swimsuit will also have to be deleted if one is being created to one-piece swimsuit, as that brings a transitive implication to swimsuit already.

This tag was originally called sling bikini. It was only renamed to slingshot swimsuit to avoid people treating it as a bikini. Now people have gone the opposite direction and started tagging them as one-pieces instead. That's not what the tag was meant to be. Sling bikinis were meant to be their own category.

I went ahead and updated the wikis to make it clear the two tags are mutually exclusive.

The bulk update request #18939 (forum #250130) has been rejected by @wispydreamer.
