imply crossbow -> weapon

create implication crossbow -> weapon

A ranged weapon, distinct from a simple bow. While holding crossbow already implies holding weapon.

The bulk update request #18815 (forum #249617) has been approved by @nonamethanks.

This implication was missing because crossbow used to imply bow (topic #18004). I guess we forgot to add this implication afterwards.
