Why are posts that are clearly unrelated being approved

This is an anime art board yet posts that clearly should be off topic are being accepted while posts that are on topic are being removed

These 2 posts below are great examples. I flagged both of them but they were rejected

The only reason I can think of for these posted being approved is that the users that posted them are high level. But that just means the mods just let high level accounts post whatever the fuck they want while being extremely strict on lower users. So basically the moderation is extremely corrupt. I know posting this will probably lead to my account facing negative feedback. I don't care. You'll just prove me right. And I already have a Gelbooru account.

I'd like to see the mods try to explain these posts not being considered off topic. I really would.

See help:upload rules for what is and isn't considered off-topic and/or prohibited; Danbooru is primarily for anime-related content but not exclusively.
Posts also aren't automatically going to be approved just because they're anime-related, they're still subject to approval standards (see help:upload).
