create alias solid_eyes -> blank_eyes

Both tags have been around for over a decade, and according to both wikis they're for the exact same concept - eyes that are a solid blank color (purely sclera with no irises or pupils). While the wikis do state that blank is for white eyes and solid is for any other color, those rules were created by Aqros161 only two years ago, meaning that for at least eight years both tags were being used for any eye color (during which period solid_eyes didn't even have a wiki).

I don't have any particularly strong feelings regarding which we should go with, but one needs to be aliased to the other. There's no point having two tags for the same thing, especially when the only supposed difference was unceremoniously invented eight years into both tags' lifespans.

Even no irises could overlap with solid circle pupils.

I don't think a perfect name for the tag exists though, because there are tons of other tags like the aforementioned solid_*_eyes or o_o that will overlap the objective criteria of "no pupil or iris" and are distinguished by visual context. At some point we'll just have to hope that people read wikis when they add tags (a foolish and forlorn hope, I know.)
