Should there be like an incest_between_in-laws -> inseki and/or incest_between_stepfamily -> inseki alias for those who are not familiar with the term inseki and might end up using the incest tag instead?

not a fan of the names but aliases like that would very probably help the awareness of that tag by virtue of showing up better in the search bar, yes.
maybe in-law_incest/stepfamily_incest?
