create alias puffy_areolae -> puffy_nipples
Looking at the few puffy_areolae posts we have I see no meaningful distinction compared to puffy_nipples.
Judging by the tag's history it seems it has been cleared an repopulated at least twice in the past so an alias dealing with it once and for all seems like a good idea.
