Do we really need them? Event tags like other danbooru pet tags are autistic creations that only few people care about. And you're adding both official and fan translations. The exact reason why I didn't use EN names, they're so inconsistent, fan translation isn't canon, but official translation sucks. Not to mention at least half of them are already in English (yet EN still changed them). Especially dumb ones like smile of a dreamer -> smile of dreamer, popping in my heart! -> pop in my heart!!, sekai's happy new year! vs sekai happy new year! -> sekai no happy new year!, three different names for nothing. That's getting a little excessive.

I don't see how it's any different from every other gacha game having costume tags. Making specific costume tags for each Project Sekai character is excessive. Especially with the frequency of events/sheer number of characters. If you want to do it, feel free.

Don't see how this is relevant. Completely excusing the fact that there are bound to be people who only know these events by their officially translated names (read: people who play EN exclusively), Danbooru frequently makes official English translation aliases for media. So much so there is an entire thread for it. With 28 pages, even.

You can continue typing the tags in Japanese if you'd like. Nobody is forcing you to use these aliases. Like I said above, this isn't for you. If you know these events by their wordy Japanese names instead of their wordy English names, great! More power to you! But most people don't. That's the exact point of a utility alias: Findability.
Tags don't exist for you. They exist for the end user. Someone searching for art of the 25-ji tarot card set shouldn't have to pull up a wiki to find the damn tag. They should just be allowed to type in the name they actually know.

I wasn't sure if autocorrect would be able to pick up on these. I tried not to include the ones where it was a single character difference but as there are a lot of events some of them slipped through the cracks. I'll remove SEKAI's Happy New Year and Smile of a Dreamer.
