rename media_player -> media_player_interface
Media player is often tagged on digital media players, making it useless and redundant. I'll be moving the posts accordingly. The only thing I'm not sure is when the interface is visible on the device, is it the former, the latter or both? Or that's cellphone picture? Not sure what post #3979021 is. post #4841135 looks like a smartphone?

well if it's going to be renamed to "interface", it should probably only include fake screenshot depictions like phone screen (which is mistagged often). technically all smartphones are also digital media players because they can play digital media, but I'm ambivalent about throwing them into the same tag as devices that can only play music. then again keeping these separate seems like an uphill battle, so w/e I guess.

Is it worth creating a tag for media player interfaces on a device screen? Like how phone screen and cellphone picture work.

maybe. it will run into the same issues phone screen and cellphone picture do, but it makes sense to follow the precedent. perhaps… media player app? if we’re doing this for media players we should also think about phone cameras, which are a lot more common.
Why the brackets? Just call it media player interface or media player screen.
