rename rizetto_verutooru -> lisette_vertorre
A single character, Lisette Vertorre, currently has two different name tags on danbooru: the correct one (lisette_vertorre) with 25 images, and a bizarre romanization one (rizetto_verutooru) with 10. The request is to combine the two into a single name, the western one. The reasoning for that choice is that the character is of French origin, specifically the town of Béziers, making the western spelling logical.
