deprecate ground_vehicle
mass update ground_vehicle (bicycle or go-kart or kick_scooter or carriage or tractor or train or car or bus or van or truck or tank or motorcycle or scooter or train_interior) -> -ground_vehicle

Followup from forum #234489. This tag is too broad, it doesn't make sense to group wildly different things like bycicles, trains and tanks together.

Speaking of that, I'm not too sure about motor vehicle either. Do we need an umbrella for tanks and motorcycles?

Looking at the Wikipedia definition of motor vehicle, it seems to exclude tanks and other of-road vehicles as well as construction equipment. Something like road_vehicle might have some value but having an umbrella tag for powered, non rail vehicles seems more pointless to me than ground vehicle.
