Create alias vladimir_elliot_kirilenko -> damao

BUR #15779 has been approved by @evazion.

create alias vladimir_elliot_kirilenko -> damao_(all_saints_street)

Way more well known as damao than the original name. It's even mentioned in the wiki here https://all-saints-street.fandom.com/wiki/Damao

There's an artist named Damao Yu (and a large one at that). So I suggest to give it a qualifier.

Wait, the artist name is not accurate anymore. I'll handle it later. Oh, there's one more artist tag with "damao" in it, so the original point still stands.
