She and Sajou Ayaka (fate/strange fake) are explicitly stated to not be the same person.
Currently out of the 1029 posts under Fate/strange Fake, 891 of them are Enkidu. I suppose that’s because he debuted there? But at this point it’s just flooding the tag. The protagonists of the series, Ayaka and Richard combined has 31 posts, and none of the other fsf exclusive characters passes 50 posts.
There’s also this crazy habit of tagging every single copyright despite context.
