an open shirt implies a shirt, i suspect the only reason it wasn't done before was the wiki mentioned "shirt or blouse", but blouse itself is implicated to shirt

There are still lots of cases of people using open shirt for jackets or hoodies or sweaters or other kinds of tops that aren't shirts. These need to be cleaned up first or else they'll be hard to find. See open_shirt -shirt.

it's been neglected to mention in the thread that me and others did as Evazion said and gardened the tag a bit, perhaps now this bur could be implemented?
