deprecate idk

I know this tag only have seven posts and can be nuked manually. But I think it's a good decision to deprecate it, in order to prevent other unexperienced users to reuse this. This tag does not serve actual purpose at all, unlike the relatively subjective what, but still can describe some mindblowing degree of absurdity in some illustrations.

Maybe it's a good idea, despite I did not describe more functions on the Wiki. IDK can also imply that this tag indicates the uploader don't know what should they tag on a post.
