Garter belt and garter strap implications

Unlike bra and panties, garter belt and strap tags don't seem to have any color implications, which leaves many posts mismatched with the color only. If approved, all the colors will also be needed, but black and white are by far the most common.

Colour_garter_belt tags I can somewhat understand even if I don't necessarily like them, but why the heck do we have colour_garter_straps tags?

At first I was going to make this just on the garter belt but figure I knock all those out at once. If this fails can we try to pass color_garter_belt in a separate request?
