Alias transparent_curtains

BUR #14563 has been rejected.

create alias transparent_curtains -> see-through_curtains

It's not always fully transparent, just like other similar tags like see-through sleeves and such. See post #5990628 as an example. Let's keep it consistent.

See-through is supposed to be used for clothing and transparent for everything else, so renaming this to see-through curtains feels wrong.

Most "transparent" tags aren't fully transparent. If playing semantics, post #5990628 is more accurately transparent than translucent (see-through can mean either) because you can still fully make out the shape of the muntins behind the curtains. You might say the vase could be translucent because its contents seem to be blurring a bit, or it's just another transparent vase.
