create alias red_army -> soviet_army
I think there are no significant difference between those tags. Was the red army intended to refer any military force of other communist/socialist countries beside the USSR? The wiki page of Red Army (21 posts) essentially shows no difference with Soviet Army (170 posts).
I think we should keep the tag Soviet Army which describes the ground forces.

Checking the tag histories of both, there is no actual difference between the tags at their core. Red Army was the earlier of the two created, but was seldom used, while Soviet Army was created in 2020, but got populated more quickly due to its usage in Horikou's posts. Even if the latter had less tags than the former, the fact the latter had a simpler name was likely why it got picked over the former.
