rename snickers -> snickers_(brand)

rename snickers -> snickers_(brand)

so we don't get people tagging "multiple smug people laughing" or other such things with this tag

Apparently, according to its history a bigger concern is users using it to tag sneakers.

What about snickers (chocolate) to match milka (chocolate), ghana (chocolate), and black thunder (chocolate)?

Or snickers_bar like chocolate_bar.
