Add qualifier for Pokemon's Mew tag

BUR #14032 has been approved by @evazion.

create alias mew -> mew_(pokemon)
remove alias mew -> mew_(pokemon)

Well, while Pokemon's Mew is quite well-known, there are several characters named "Mew". Since Pokemon's Mew doesn't have one yet, I think it needs one for consistency.
