Alias hat_writing into headwear_writing

BUR #13833 has been rejected.

create alias hat_writing -> headwear_writing

Not all headwear classifies as hats. post #1913151 is the example.

We are moving away from general tags like headwear and legwear. Helmet writing in particular seems distinct enough for being its own tag.

Seriously? According to the tag_group:headwear, helmet is on headwear category. Meanwhile we still use tag like clothes writing instead of jacket writing, vest writing or such.

We havent gotten to the headwear stuff, we have separated the neckwear's and started on the legwear's. There is a ton of gardening to be done still but I expect most headwear tags will get deprecated soon-ish. As for helmet writing, Im surprised its not already a tag since its rather iconic and seems like something people would like to search for.
