rename brain_control -> brain_control_(yu-gi-oh!)
Come to think of it, I think the current tag for the card Brain Control from Yu-Gi-Oh! is ambiguous at best, due to the lack of qualifier.
Given that there are also another YGO card named Mind Control that got a proper qualifier to distinct itself from the general mind control works, I think the same treatment should be applied to Brain Control as well.
