Missing mole implications + questions

Any implications that haven't been implemented yet. I didn't do all of the possible mole_on_* tags due to low tag count.

I did come across mole on body though, and I find that much too vague to be useful when we have plenty of other tags relating to moles on various body parts. Similarly, there's mole on crotch, which might be similar to other tags (stomach, pussy, thigh, leg) depending on the location.

Even if some of these tags are too specific/small and should be combined with other tags, I see no reason to not do these implications now and deal with combining them in later. It's not like the implications will make it more difficult to combine tags later.
