create alias lace_thighhighs -> lace-trimmed_thighhighs

Consistency with all our other lace-trimmed tags.

Actually pretty much all other pieces of clothing make a distinction between lace trimming and being made out of lace see lace panties - lace-trimmed panties, lace gloves - lace-trimmed gloves, and so on. Hell, more relevant to this BUR we have both lace legwear and lace-trimmed legwear (which thinking about should have been deprecated with the other legwear tags).

Oh, you're right, I didn't even notice the difference. Though the lace tags need a massive amount of gardening, looking at lace legwear for example a lot of the results are of lace-trimmed legwear.

The bulk update request #12052 (forum #220367) has been rejected by @nonamethanks.

I was planning on splitting them and deprecating the legwear tags anyway
